Job Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead the creative output on some of our biggest accounts.
This is a role for a creative leader who loves social and understands that the best social ideas have creators at the core of them. You’ll sit at the intersection of brands and culture, bringing a sharp eye for both brand and creator.
You’ll help drive the thinking, elevate the output, and help the team to get to better work faster.

You’ll have deep experience working on big social campaigns and always on brand social content, knowing what makes content stand out.
You’ll have an appreciation for both the conceptual and the executional.
You know how to take a brief, dissect it, and translate it into clear, actionable direction. You partner closely with Strategy, Client Services, and Production to shape the response, then lead your team through execution. Ensuring the work is culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and built to perform.
As part of this role you’ll partially oversee a team of in-house creators, ideating and producing social first content at the speed of culture.
You’ll have a strategic mind helping to identify opportunities and empty spaces others might miss in collaboration with the strategy team.
You’ll be fluent in the language of the internet, aware of trends, memes and viral moments and know how and when to capitalise on those for our clients.
You also have experience working with creators, and understand how to collaborate with them in a way that elevates both the idea and the output.
Our creative north star is simple. Reject the comfortable, do the unexpected.
