Senior Resource Manager
Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Resource Manager to join us on a 6-month FTC to cover leave.
This is a pivotal, cross-agency role sitting at the heart of Creative (Design), Production, Strategy and Data. You’ll oversee workflow across multiple clients and projects, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right work — on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for developing and coordinating the flow of work, managing schedules, and optimising resources to meet deadlines and milestones whilst delivering the most impactful work
It will be second nature for the ideal candidate to organise and develop strong workflows and relationships across the agency.
This position sits cross-functionally at the intersection of all departments at our agency. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency, timeliness and prioritisation of all projects at the agency going through these teams.
Responsibilities
Acting as the central point of contact for all resource requests
Managing workflow across Creative, Strategy, Production and Data teams
Allocating resource across clients, campaigns and internal projects
Prioritising new work and balancing shifting deadlines
Leading staffing conversations with Heads of Department
Proactively managing team capacity and resolving conflicts early
Facilitating kick-offs and stand-ups to keep projects moving
Managing freelancers and contractors, including sourcing and onboarding
Reporting on workflow and flagging capacity risks
Continuously improving systems, processes and utilisation
Skills & Attributes
7+ years’ resource or project management experience within a creative agency
Strong knowledge of project management, staffing and timeline planning
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency
Confidence using project management and resourcing tools
