Business Management
Responsible for business leadership and for leading the agency through an understanding of client marketing and their business.
Identifies organic growth opportunities and leads growth plans.
Builds out a pipeline of secured work.
Relationship Leadership
Strong senior client relationships through business and marketing acumen.
Possesses a deep understanding of clients' business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands uses these insights to help clients to articulate their needs, and the agency to propose groundbreaking solutions.
Easily builds rapport and trust with clients
Communicates powerfully, is credible and instils trust with executive clients.
Resolves conflict easily and quickly, reducing organisation and interpersonal issues.
Strategic Development
Leads all programme plan development and partners with strategy to create innovative ways to impact client business results.
Attends important brand or IAT planning sessions and kick-offs
Persuasively drives new client recommendations.
Understands the influencer and social space, technology and platforms within the clients marketing mix.
Inspires clients to new platform solutions with creators.
Continually inspires teams to generate new ideas and evolve existing programs.
10+ years in a client-facing role
Expert with the creator, social and digital marketing landscape
Proven ability to grow and maintain successful accounts and relationships over time.
History of identifying problems or opportunities and taking the lead in solving them
