Senior Strategist
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to help shape how brands win in the creator economy — setting the strategic foundation for standout, social-first work.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts thinker and doer: a sharp, curious mind who can translate culture into insight, insight into direction, and direction into breakthrough work. You’ll partner closely with account management, production and performance teams to lead social & influencer strategy development, write exciting briefs, and show clients new ways to show up with impact.

Role Responsibilities
Lead campaign strategy from brief through build, setting the direction for creative, content, and influencer work to succeed
Interrogate briefs to clarify objectives, challenge assumptions, and identify strategic opportunities to shift the work forward
Uncover human truths and creator-first insights that unlock new ways of thinking and shape the foundation of compelling ideas
Write sharp, inspiring creative briefs with a strong POV on what we need to say, who should say it, and where it should show up
Define casting strategies — identifying the right types of creators, platforms, and roles based on audience, tone, and task
Develop messaging hierarchies and content frameworks that guide tone, sequencing, and structure across campaign phases
Collaborate with creative teams on idea development and help pressure test concepts from a strategic and cultural relevance lens
Contribute to post-campaign reporting and learning loops to improve and evolve strategic best practices
Support pitch work by bringing rigor, narrative, and a differentiated point of view to our proposals
Stay ahead of social, platform, and cultural trends, translating them into actionable implications for brand and campaign work
Skills & Attributes
5–8 years of experience in social, content, or influencer strategy roles
Proven ability to build creator-powered, social-first strategies that drive results and unlock creative potential
Strong grasp of platform behaviors, influencer dynamics, and content strategy
Deep curiosity about culture and behavior, with the ability to turn insight into clear, persuasive storytelling
Confident collaborator and communicator who is able to lead briefs, present to clients, and partner across disciplines
Strategic thinker with creative instincts — someone who brings clarity, focus, and momentum to the work
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented; you get energized by moving ideas forward and making great work happen
